Home Staging Process

1. Initial Contact

 

To begin the staging process, we ask our clients to fill out our Home Staging Intake Form. This helps us determine the location and scope of the project among other pertinent details.

 

For vacant properties, simply submit pictures of the space and a floor plan to your intake form or email them to info@altinteriors.ca

Once your intake form and media has been submitted, our team will reach out to confirm we have received your service request and begin creating a customized quote for you.

 

2. Comprehensive In-Person Consultation

 

For occupied homes, we recommend an in-person consultation, priced at $350 plus tax. This fee is deducted from the final staging cost if you choose to proceed with our services. During the consultation, our expert stager will:

 

- Recommend areas for decluttering

- Strategically decide what items should stay or be removed

- Recommend positioning of current furniture

- Suggest paint colours to neutralize the home

- Advise on lighting and minor upgrades to add additional value

3. Detailed Action Plan & Quote

 

Following the consultation, we provide a detailed report summarizing recommendations from the consultation in an easy-to-follow format, broken down room by room.

 

Once the homeowner completes the suggestions outlined in the report, we proceed with the next steps; Payment & Scheduling.

 

4. Seamless Payment & Scheduling Process

 

We offer a secure online payment link for the staging quote. Once payment is received, our team will schedule the staging installation at a convenient time for you.

 

5. Efficient Staging Installation

 

The staging process takes just one day. Our professional team will arrive on the scheduled date to install all staging elements, transforming your home into a highly appealing space for potential buyers.
